Air Condition
If you are staying in any of our residences in Lipa and Maslina cluster, please refer to the short AC manual below:
The upper left button with a small icon of a person is used for turning the AC on and off. Pressing this button changes the mode. When the thermostat is showing the icon of a person in house, the AC is turned on. When the thermostat is showing icon with a person out of the house, the AC is randomly turning on and off and when the icon ‘’moon‘’ is shown, the AC is turned off. The temperature shown on the display shows the current apartment temperature. When you want to change the temperature in the room, simply press the up or down arrows. Temperature can be changed by maximum 3 degrees Celsius at a time. Once you modify the temperature, system will still show the previous state, however, it will work on lowering or increasing the temperature, depending on which action you initiated.
Fan speed can also be adjusted by pressing the fan button.
Master Switch
Master switch is located near the entrance of every apartment. It is the largest rectangular
shaped
switch closest to the entrance door.
Master switch is used to turn on or off most of power outlets in the apartment. When off, all
the
lights
and most of outlets are without electricity. Even when the master switch is turned off, the
freezer
and
some of the outlet always remain on. Cooling and heating system is always on and it doesn’t
depend
on
the master switch.
Water Heaters
As in most homes in Montenegro and surrounding countries, most of our apartments do not have a central water heating system. Central water heating is available in our residences in Lipa and Maslina clusters. Every other apartment is equipped with an individual water heater that is turned on and off with a switch that is in front of the bathrooms. This switch is either marked by letter B (boiler) or has a small light on it, which lights up when water heater is on.
Water heaters in the apartment are directly connected to the Master Switch and turning it off, turns off water heaters as well.
VILLAGE TRANSPORTATION
Pet policy
Small pets (up to 45cm height) are allowed on the transportation line, however, must be
accommodated
either in the pet baskets or held by their owner during the entire drive. Larger pets (over
45cm
height) are also allowed on the transportation line, only if they are with the basket
muzzles
and
appropriate dog leash. There is a pair of pet friendly designated seats, located behind the
driver,
who will provide all the necessary assistance.
Other information
Proper attire is recommended (no bathing suit attires or topless).
Beach accessories and gear must be carried in a way not to disturb other clients and service
users.
